So Sanaa Lathan (pictured) is joining the cast of Nip/Tuck as a Babealicious Rex, who, along with her much-older husband, purchases the McNamara/Troy practice run by the show’s main characters, Sean and Christian. Meanwhile, everybody’s favorite poetess-blogger, Rosie O’Donnell, is also signing up for a tour of duty on Ryan Murphy’s out-there soap (her account of confusing Murphy and The Shield‘s Shawn Ryan is pretty awesome).
